Designed to create a modern contemporary home with crisp lines and symmetry but using a minimalist approach, this three-storey home is focused on entertaining. Given its compact design, the mid-level zone is totally dedicated to an enhanced lifestyle. To create a more light-filled space on the mid-level, a skylight was installed that provides a vast light well that extends down to the mid-level providing both light and warmth to the dining/living space. The open alfresco courtyard is a further extension of this mid-level entertaining zone that features an open plan perimeter seating/planter box arrangement that is fully tiled with built-in barbecue facilities as well. The open courtyard adjacent to the middle living zone is one beautiful area and there is another balcony adjoining the upper level theatre/gym room that is covered with synthetic grass that enjoys both the glorious morning sun and views over the diverse city landscape.

The multi-level split level home was recognised for its outstanding build quality and luxurious yet flexible design. The Home was also a finalist in the Herald Sun Reader’s Choice Choice Award.
This home was purpose built to suit the clients’ needs on their half-acre block. The front facade depicts a Georgian theme and features rendering, decorative mouldings, parapet walls, sill mouldings and an arched portico entry. Internally, the open-plan meals and family spaces both lead through stacking doors to the outdoor entertainment area, and the kitchen and adjoining meals areas allow for direct views to the outside. The master bedroom and study are located at the front of the home, well away from the children’s zone.
Designed and built specifically for a sloping block, this home demonstrates what can be achieved without having to undertake major excavation and retaining walls. The home is split over three levels with all living areas including the outdoor entertainment area orientated to the north to provide warm and light filled spaces. The modern and uncluttered kitchen features a Caesarstone island bench and feature glass doors to the overhead horizontal cupboards. Tasmanian Oak floorboards to the entry, main living areas and hallway compliment the earthy interior tones. This home is testament to high quality building at its best.
